Lake View is an impressive architect designed property offering luxurious accommodation for eight in four bedrooms. It has flexibility of two zip and link rooms, a master bedroom with juliet balcony and en suite and a further king-size double room. Along with a 65” screen cinema room there is a spacious sitting area with wood burner, dining area, kitchen and garden with terrace, lawn and balcony for admiring the expansive views across the Tamar Estuary. Parking for at least two cars and storage for surfboards, kayaks and bicycles. The area is known as the forgotten corner of Cornwall - a peninsula surrounded by water on three sides.
