The cottage has a double, a twin and a single room, a bathroom, ground floor cloakroom and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a paddock with orchard. Guests can also stroll to the stream and fishing lake to soak up the countryside setting. Lake View is close enough to Crediton or Exeter to offer amenities and shopping, but is also surrounded by excellent walking and cycling and of course, breathtaking scenery.
